I registered my car yesterday and I saw a gaggle of what I think were fixers just outside the Pasig LTO compound.

Pasig LTO is very straightforward, fast, and helpful. They answer very quickly and succinctly when asked where I should be going next. The process overall runs very smooth and I was finished in what appeared to be just 40 minutes. They were already decently fast last year and they're even faster now.

Who needs fixers?

My only complaint was the inspector out of reflex marked my engine compartment as "Fair" rather than "Neat." Hellooooo.... that was a Php600

Taking this thing on a new direction. I'll keep this theme until I decide to edit it or if I find something else more to my liking. Besides it's pretty green and the country could use more of it.
